We had an amazing experience working with Samantha, our mortgage advisor, during the purchase of our first home as expats. She was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, even writing down ones she didn't know the answer to right away. Samantha never failed to get back to us promptly with the information we needed. We had inquiries about everything from financing and insurance to property purchases and taxes, and she was incredibly helpful in all matters. Her level of assistance was truly exceptional and not often seen. Robert did a great job explaining and navigating mortgage procedures. More importantly he went out of his way to also help with matters not directly related to the mortgage itself, for example, understanding current municipality housing regulations. Highly recommended!
