Sam werd ons aangeraden door een bekende. Na een eerste oriëntatie of de ons gewenste hypotheek haalbaar was, hebben we samen alle opties uitgebreid doorgenomen. Daarna doorgegaan met de door Sam geadviseerde hypotheek. We hadden regelmatig contact via e-mail, app of Teams. Sam is goed bereikbaar, en reageert snel en duidelijk op alle vragen. Mede door het vertrouwen en aandacht die Sam geeft was de hele overgang naar ons nieuwe huis geen gestress!

Wij kopen een nieuw huis en hebben een tussen financiering nodig. Sam heeft alles prima en rustig uitgelegd en alles op een rijtje gezet. Wij hebben een paar papieren ingeleverd en waren er twee keer voor gesprek en ondertekenen geweest. Voor de rest was er toelichting met E-Mail. Zij was er voor alle vragen en heeft alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Wij hebben door haar werk de tussen financiering rond en hadden geen stress met banken en om zelf alles uit te zoeken. Een super service. Sam is een heel vriendelijk persoon en neemt zich de tijd voor en gesprek. Wij kunnen haar echt aanbevelen. Ik heb al mijn buren haar visitekaartje gegeven.
