We are so happy that we worked with Rik. At first, we didn't know much about buying a house in the Netherlands. He made a presentation for us and explained the whole process step by step. It was very easy to understand. When we wanted to make an offer, he helped us understand the real value of the house so we made a smart bid. But the best part was the mortgage approval. We got the good news from the bank in just a few hours! We couldn't believe it was so fast. Also, he didn't just help with the mortgage. He even helped us with our home insurance applications and other processes. Rik is very fast, helpful, and friendly. We really recommend him!

We were introduced to Rik through a referral. In late May 2026, we had an hour-long introductory call covering all the intricacies, options, and information needed to buy a home in the Netherlands. As first-time buyers, this session was extremely helpful—my wife and I could ask questions, clarify our needs, and get guidance beyond standard templates. Echt een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een betrouwbaar hypotheekadvies bureau.
