Overall, we're very happy with the outcome, as we got the flat we wanted. There were a couple of moments where responses took longer than we hoped, and there was an initial mistake regarding a tax threshold, which led to an initially unexpected cost. However, despite these small issues, his support was valuable, and we'd definitely recommend him to others.
