As an expat, I found them incredibly convenient. They took the time to explain all the steps involved, which was very reassuring. Their online platform was also a big help for managing all the necessary documents. What I really appreciated was that if there was ever any doubt about a document, they would contact me immediately to explain what was needed. It's a huge plus for anyone not familiar with Dutch, as they speak perfect English. That said, it's a great company for Dutch speakers too—in fact, I went to them based on a recommendation from a Dutch colleague!
