We are incredibly grateful to Edwin for helping us buy our home. Our mortgage application turned out to be much more complicated than we had expected, with additional checks on funds from abroad, residence permit paperwork and tight deadlines. There were moments when we were worried that the purchase might not go through. Throughout it all, Edwin remained patient, approachable and committed to helping us find a way forward. What we appreciated most was how actively he followed up with the lender, repeatedly calling for updates and coordinating with the seller’s agent when we needed more time. He took our concerns seriously, kept us informed and continued to push things forward when we felt there was little we could do ourselves.
