Joey helped us a lot with the mortgage process. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail and also to translate some of the documents from Dutch to English (I really appreciated this). He was always willing to help and even during his days off he made sure to drop me a message with an update regarding the mortgage process. It could clearly be seen that he was very committed with the process.
