The advisor was very supportive and friendly. However, the initially agreed price for a one-hour session was unexpectedly rounded up to two hours, despite the call lasting only slightly over an hour. This was disappointing, and we would not recommend the advisor to other customers. To avoid misunderstandings, we advise clarifying and agreeing on costs upfront.
