The appointment was done in English because I can’t speak Dutch well and Mirella was able to give a very straightforward and clear explanation and very good advice when it comes to our house insurance, making the language barrier not a problem at all! She was very friendly and nice and assured us that we can count on her for anything we need as well. Overall, very good and trustworthy!
