This was my second time working with Mark, and I would choose him again without hesitation. He is incredibly knowledgeable, sharp, responsive and genuinely proactive. We went through a fairly complex mortgage process, and Mark always seemed to be a few steps ahead, anticipating things we had not even thought of yet and arranging solutions in advance that ended up being extremely useful for us. He also spotted details that saved us from unnecessary extra costs and was always available when we needed him, even while he was on holiday. On top of being excellent at what he does, he is warm, approachable and simply very easy to work with. He made a complicated and stressful process feel calm and manageable from start to finish. I would recommend him to friends and family without a second thought, and if I ever need a mortgage advisor again, Mark will absolutely be the person I call.
