1. Robin was very patient in listening to our concerns, questions and was also giving us the detail explanation. 2. Robin is very knowledgeable in his area and was proactively thinking about our questions and He was also answering that which we could have missed. 3. At one instance he saved our crucial time with his experience. e.g. earlier owner of the house gave us "Taxatie Report" which he has used for RABO bank only and technically we could have used it but Robin immediately told me that he has similar experience earlier and our internal admin team may reject this as the order giver "opdracht gever" is not my name but seller's name. It saved our more than weeks time and I can take the new taxatie appointment in time. 4. Only point where I was not fully satisfied about offering me 11 years fixed rate (which was higher than 10 years fixed) instead of 10 years fixed on one part of my mortgage. 6. He also checked the overlijdenverzekering (death insurance) and arranged a meeting with RABO insurance experts. Overall he is an asset to the Rabo bank Mortgage team and I am very happy with him.
