Rik is an excellent person with extensive knowledge and expertise to share. He works well with teams and takes the time to meet face to face, understand your needs, and provide the best solutions. He welcomes questions and explains things clearly, making you feel comfortable asking for help. Rik is also available on WhatsApp to answer urgent questions. His guidance and support were invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of owning a home. His fees are reasonable and accessible for individuals and families. I highly recommend Rik to anyone seeking mortgage advice and support.

Rik helped me as a foreigner buy a house end-to-end in Hilversum without the need for me to hire a buyer agent. Rik was super patient, responsive and clear in his communication right from the start. He guided me through the complete process at each step and provided key tips and inputs which helped me secure an offer for the right house. I highly recommend esp. for those who are new to the country and don't speak Dutch.
