What a wonderful process! We offered on a house and Dirk managed to get the asking price, as long as we could manage a 4 week transfer time. With Dirk? No problem. There were times in the 4 week process that we worried something HAS to go wrong as there is no way this could be the whole process, right? Indeed, it went through effortlessly and we received our keys in hand on exactly the 4 week dot. Honestly, the hardest part of the entire process was cleaning our previous place. Definitely 5 stars to Dirk and his team. Will definitely use him again for any such future endeavours.
