Positives: good listeners, paying attention to customer wishes, very good financial analyse. We were provided with the best possible financial advise.
Intersant provides aftercare: we were given the option to still call with questions after the loan is secured. This type of service seems to be rare.
To improve: We have been passed from one adviser to another, in total we discussed with three people (face to face and by email). It would be nice to have a
dedicated adviser per customer. At the moment we started our interaction with Intersant, we were told it should take about two weeks to obtain a
loan offer from a bank. In the end it took almost six weeks. During the six weeks we had sometimes the feeling that the information we provided was
not well passed down from one adviser to another or to the bank. In the past we obtained comparable advice at half the price.
