During the 1-hr discussion of intake discussion, the advisor asked me to provide my financial situation by mail since she does not fully understand my mortgage situation. I quickly wrote down some example numbers and sent them to her with my real name and home address. The advisor cannot draft a simple proposal to finance the vakantiewoning that we would like to purchase, and she told me that it is so complicated and she has no idea what to do. Afterward, she called me back and told me that she wanted to charge me ~25euro per hour to think about applying mortgage for vakantiewoning.
However, it was SHOCKING to me that ABN AMRO contacted me a few days later. ABN AMRO said that the advisor called them and asked the bank to investigate my mortgage because she thinks something might be 'illegal' in my profile based on the example I sent to her by mail during the intake meeting. But, the most unacceptable for me is how unprofessional clients' private data usage at your Hypotheek shop. Anyone who wants to meet your advisor for mortgage intake discussion needs to be prepared for the situation that their private content/data will be distributed to 3rd party.

Reaction by Freek Mortgage: Hi SHI, thanks for your feedback and we answered you already by e-mail. You delivered a detailed overview with the houses and whether the houses are rented out or not. That was not a random sketch with some numbers nor an example as you pretend now. You already assumed and e-mailed us that the renting out without permission from ABNAMRO could lead to 'problems'. Indeed, because that's breaking the rental clause and you broke it deliberately. That's a serious violation of the mortgage contract. Now you feel probably caught in the act and you can blame us, but your morality is in dispute by your actions. Do not blame only the messenger.
