Bob was a wonderful mortgage advisor. Not only was he very clear with his recommendations, he was extremely patient with my questions (of which there were several), explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and didn't mind explaining the same topics a few times to ensure I understood them. As a foreigner who is still not fluent enough in Dutch, his help (in English) was crucial. He behaved with professionalism, but was also very warm and polite. I have already recommended him to several people, and would gladly recommend his services to anyone.
