Reggie is our dear makelaar (i don’t want to say “was” as i don’t see it over and i’m sure we will work in the future). He was referred by our mortgage advisor around 2023 summer and he helped tremendously as we had no clue how to buy a house. He arranged everything from contracts to inspections, he checked everything to the littlest details to ensure we are on the safe side, he planned strategies when bidding and help us buying our dream house in which we are living happily and appreciating for over a year. Kim heeft ons erg goed geholpen bij het zoeken van het perfecte huis en deed altijd haar uiterste best voor ons! Ze schatte goed in wanneer wij echt enthousiast waren of alleen maar enthousiast deden omdat we klaar waren met de lange zoektocht. Hij pakte gelijk door, stelde de juiste vragen, reageerde proactief en binnen de kortste keren hadden we de juiste aanpak die paste bij hetgeen ik zocht: onderbouwing met bewijsstukken, contact zoeken met de juiste partijen om achtergrond informatie in te winnen en adequaat en voortvarend mij als klant informeren en open discussiëren. Kortom, de juiste deskundigheid op het juiste moment met een juiste pragmatische insteek.

Tijdens een bezichtiging kwamen wij met Kim in aanraking als verkopend makelaar. Wij raakten met haar aan de praat en raakten erg enthousiast. Hierdoor hebben wij besloten om Kim aankopend makelaar in te schakelen. Na enkele bezichtigingen hebben wij ons eerste huis gekocht in Heemstede. Het was geen alledaagse koop, want aan dit huis bleken enkele haken en ogen te zitten, maar Kim heeft ons echt letterlijk van A tot Z geholpen, en heeft enorm veel stress weggenomen. Ze was altijd bereikbaar voor onze vragen en nam keurig de tijd om deze te beantwoorden. We zijn enorm blij dat we Kim hebben ingeschakeld. Een echte vakvrouw, nogmaals enorm bedankt.

Ik heb met hem mijn case besproken en hij is er over gaan nadenken en komt dan met verrassend goede ideeën en schrijft er ook af en toe nog een interessante blog over. Sander was amazing! As English-speaking expats, and first-time home buyers, we were terrified of the process to buy a house. Sander was really communicative, responding quickly and setting up viewings right away, and helped us navigate the Dutch housing market and system. He would also take the time to walk us through each document and explain the key points in English, and he had indispensable knowledge about the Haarlem housing market (re foundations, price points, common issues/questions that come up). I also liked that he worked on a flat fee basis, and not on a commission basis, so it did not feel like he was trying to upsell us on a more expensive home than what we wanted or needed. He was recommended to us by friends, and I would in turn, highly recommend him to others.

In our friend's circle, we are three families that worked with Reggie, and all of us submitted our first offer and got the houses all thanks to Reggie! Is it a coincidence? Doubt it, it is his success! He knows what he is doing, pays attention to every detail, and is very honest, if a house does not fit to your criteria he tells you not to buy it. That was so important for us because having someone who knows everything about the market and the houses is the key. We really like him as a person as well. We definitely recommend him.

I worked with Kim while buying my first home as an expat in Amsterdam. I was transferred to her from another agent who made a career change. The transition was very smooth, and Kim did her beyond-best to maintain the momentum and took care of everything very diligently until the purchase was done.
