I have used Rolph's services when I bought my first house in 2015 and was very happy with his service. He made a first time home buyer, who was an expat, feel very at-ease and explained everything like I was his only client. I was so happy that when it came time to buy another house, I went directly to Rolph. It wasn't even a question in my mind.
I was very happy that I did! He continues with such detailed and personalized service that you truly feel that you are his only client and that he will move a mountain for you if necessary. It was not necessary, of course but my mortgage was approved in 3 days which shocked me. I will have the keys to my new home one month and five days after the first viewing and this is 100% due to Rolph's amazing service and high standards.
