The advisor arranged a Mortgage on 2012 for my house. Now I am selling the house, to my surprise I have a loss of 4500 euros due to a PENALTY which he never informed me. All on arranging the house. But the surprises hit us back... I would never suggest an advisor like this. Total loss with the "discount" is about 3600 euro
