Robbert (and John) were really helpful! As expats we were very unsure about the overall process of bidding and buying a house in the Netherlands. They went above and beyond the scope of engagement and helped us with everything from bidding, technical inspection referral, valuation report, suggesting the notary, getting NHG, suggesting and comparing interest rates and getting it approved on time, and suggesting and helping with bank guarantee and insurances. They also helped understand the nuances and confusions we had because Dutch was not our first language! Will definitely recommend them to all my expat friends who are planning to buy a house in the Netherlands.
