I had my 1st call with Bart at a moment when I felt nervous and desperate. I'd already requested a 1-week extension to my financing deadline and still had no idea if the bank I was working with would approve my mortgage. Bart told me he was onboard to help. And he surpassed all expectations. We had our 1st mortgage talk on Wednesday. My deadline was Friday. Bart immediately got to work, applying for 5 different mortgage options (fiveee!).
