As international employees, this was our first house in the Netherlands, so we honestly didn't know what to expect. Pascal helped us so well, from the mortgage offer to the bank guarantee and everything around the notary. He could also judge well what the house was worth and helped us bid sharply because of that. He explained things calmly, including the Dutch rules we knew nothing about, and always responded quickly when we had questions. Really great to work with, and definitely recommended for other internationals looking to buy a house.
