How hard do you think is to buy a house as an expat in overheated housing market in Rotterdam? Not hard at all if you have Mickey. You might end up finding your dream house without a trouble and paying less than its worth. My only regret is that we didn't find Mickey earlier. First we hired another purchasing agent for us who was basically useless. We wasted several months with him before we found Mickey. Since Mickey came along, everything changed. We found a perfect house in no time and she negotiated a price that no-one thought could be possible in such a difficult market situation. With her negotiation skills she earned her own commission and got us some extra renovation budget as well.
